Snap! Raise is looking for a remote Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for supporting multiple sales channels by sourcing high-quality leads. The candidate will be responsible and held accountable for creating new business opportunities through both self-generation and by utilizing the existing Snap! Raise lead generation tools and processes.

A successful candidate is self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, and adaptable with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to balance multiple projects. A “can-do” attitude is required, and the individual must thrive in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. Applicant must be comfortable and confident working in a remote setting and ability to think quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Growing and developing our customer base through lead generation
  • Manage the quality standards of new leads
  • Qualify leads for multiple sales channels and transfer qualified leads to our account executive team
  • Nurture leads to increase lead conversion success
  • Ability to be creative in problem-solving and adaptability in engaging different prospects
  • Comprehend our growing suite of products and be able to identify the most impactful offerings for new leads
  • Have a desire to build sales and interpersonal skills and apply a growing business acumen
  • Collaboratively work with the Sales Team to develop lead generation strategies to define focus areas and locate prospective customers 
  • Effectively communicate with Sales Leadership on the status of lead generation projects and work collaboratively through obstacles 
  • Keep informed of education and club sports seasonality and proactively strategize with Sales Leadership on lead generation focus areas across multiple product lines
  • Consistently use HubSpot and other applications to document lead information 
  • Other sales projects as defined by the Sr. Director of Inside Sales and/or Inside Sales Manager 

What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 1+ years in a Lead Generation or similar role
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion and adhering to strict deadlines and metrics
  • Ability to work independently, identify requirements, and build successful plans to generate leads
  • Comfortable utilizing multiple software tools to generate leads
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience working with HubSpot or alternative CRM preferred
